Writing has the power to heal, process, and transform, and this guided journaling workshop is designed to help you navigate your emotions in a safe and reflective space. No writing experience is needed. Journals will be provided.

From Mourning to Morning
Tonya Overton is a Certified Grief Coach, Grief Doula, and Transformational Conversationalist who helps individuals navigate loss with grace and purpose. Through her GRACE Method, she guides clients in moving from grief to transformation, embracing a life of authenticity, confidence, and freedom.
